The Grand Ballroom - Our largest meeting room features 4,576 square feet of flexible space and attractive Art Deco-style ceiling lights, wall sconces, coordinating carpeting and wood dance floor. State-of-the-art retractable partitions can turn the space in to three breakout rooms in minutes (Sunwood Center, Congress/Senate and State Room). Perfect for meetings, dinners, weddings, or casual receptions. The University Room A and University Room B - Both are located along the River Concourse. Identical in size, shape and décor, each room is ideal for small to medium size functions. With 1,176 square feet of space each, these rooms are side-by-side, but have separate doors and a fixed wall separating the two rooms. (Spaces cannot be combined.) Executive Board Room - This room is appropriately appointed as the name implies! Solid oak boardroom-style table and upholstered chairs proved comfortable seating for 16 guests. A great meeting room for making those important business decisions.
